We offer world-class shipping to all our customers, which includes a final quality inspection, fast and on-time delivery through top-tier courier services, and high-quality packaging to prevent any damage during transit. If you've requested gift wrapping, we’ll include it complimentary.
Estimated Delivery Time*
- Delhi/NCR: 1-2 day
- Punjab / Haryana / UP / Rajasthan: 3–5 days
- Rest of India: 5–8 days
*In some cases, due to third-party involvement, shipping may take 3–10 business days.
Shipping Locations & Methods
We currently ship pan India. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another email with a tracking number and courier link once your order has shipped.
Cancellations*
No cancellation and refunds will be processed once an order has been shipped.

*In rare cases or if the order has not yet been shipped, cancellations are only allowed within 6 hours of placing the order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ?
Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven’t received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care immediately. Give us a call on +91 11 46263200 (10 AM – 7 PM) or drop us an email at contact@pack-mate.in An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY ?
You will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that the product(s) was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage).
WHAT IF YOU ARE NOT AT HOME WHEN YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES.
Our shipping partner will leave a notice at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement.
ITEMS HAVEN’T ARRIVED YET. WHAT CAN YOU DO.
Please allow up to 5-6 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In these situations, PackMate reserves the right to cancel the order, in which case, we will fully refund you the amount.
IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
We kindly ask you to call our customer service centre on +91 11 46263200 (10 AM – 6 PM) before shipping your order from warehouse. Once item has been shipped, than it is not possible to change the address.
