Return, Refund & Order Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is paramount for PackMate, and in the unfortunate event you received a product that is damaged or has any manufacturing defect or you received a wrong product, you may exchange it only, subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

When you open the package, if the product is damaged or there are any noticeable discrepancies, or if the item is not what was ordered, please take pictures and contact us at contact@pack-mate.in or call us on (+91)-11-46263200. within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.

Cancellations*

No cancellation and refunds will be processed once an order has been shipped.

For any order-related issues, please contact us at contact@pack-mate.in with your Order ID and details of the concern.

*In rare cases or if the order has not yet been shipped, cancellations are only allowed within 6 hours of placing the order.

Refund (if applicable)

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Terms & Conditions

• All items to be exchanged must be in brand new unused condition, and must be returned with all original manufacturer packing material including packing box, warranty card, tags, manuals and any other accessories. All items is eligible for replacement, within 24 hours of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.

• The item must be returned to our office within 7 days of purchase. This includes time taken in transportation.

• Before returning an item, please email or call us to notify that you would like to send your purchase back for exchange.

• Place the original package, any free gifts and accessories that you received into a shipping carton. Include the original invoice and, on a slip of paper mention the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.

• Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
